Service Description

As part of the EduCATaLIS™ BRIDGEd™ Framework, BRIDGEd™ Partnership Retainer provides families with ongoing support, advocacy, and practical guidance throughout the special education process. Designed for families seeking a consistent partner throughout the year, this package offers steady support as educational plans, services, and student needs continue to evolve. EduCATaLIS™ helps families better understand educational plans, prepare for meetings, strengthen communication, and confidently advocate for their child’s needs through collaborative, relationship-centered support. BRIDGEd™ Partnership Retainer Includes: • Consultation & Educational Plan Review: Parent-friendly guidance related to your child’s educational plan, including goals, accommodations, services, instructional supports, and evaluation information when applicable. • Parent Advocacy Coaching: Ongoing coaching focused on meeting preparation, communication strategies, educational rights, and collaborative educational decision-making. • Compliance Guidance: Educational guidance related to current IEPs, evaluation reports, and compliance-related concerns connected to services and supports. • IEP Meeting Preparation Resources: Practical planning tools, organizational checklists, and talking points designed to support meeting preparation and educational discussions. • Ongoing Parent Support Access: Up to 3 hours of phone or email support per month during regular weekday business hours (Monday–Friday), based on availability. BRIDGEd™ Partnership Retainer provides ongoing support to help families feel informed and empowered while keeping students at the center of every educational decision. Services are limited to those included within this package. Additional advocacy services, expanded supports, document reviews, or meeting attendance may be available for an additional fee and can be discussed during consultation.
