Through the EduCATaLIS BRIDGEd™ Framework, Moving From Theory to Practice™ helps future educators connect what they learn in coursework to the realities of today’s classrooms. This hands-on professional learning series is designed to help teacher candidates, interns, pre-service educators, and beginning teachers feel more confident, prepared, and classroom-ready through meaningful learning experiences grounded in real-world practice. The series focuses on helping educators strengthen instructional decision-making, reflective practice, collaboration, and inclusive teaching strategies that support diverse learners. Through guided discussion, coaching, collaborative learning, and practical classroom application, participants gain strategies they can immediately apply in instructional settings. Throughout the series, participants strengthen their ability to: • Connect educational theory to practical classroom instruction • Apply inclusive and student-centered teaching practices • Reflect on instructional decisions and professional growth • Navigate real classroom situations with greater confidence • Strengthen collaboration and communication with educational teams • Build supportive learning environments that respond to diverse student needs At EduCATaLIS™, we believe educators grow through reflection, collaboration, and meaningful classroom experiences.
