Supporting Educators Through Collaboration, Communication, and Family Partnerships At EduCATaLIS™, we believe students thrive when educators and families work together through relationships built on trust, communication, and shared goals. Through the EduCATaLIS BRIDGE Model™, this professional learning series helps educators strengthen family partnerships while building practical communication and collaboration strategies that support student success. Educators + Families = Student Success™ is designed to help educators, teacher candidates, and instructional teams develop meaningful, relationship-centered practices that strengthen connections between home and school. Grounded in real classroom experiences, the series focuses on helping educators feel more confident engaging with families, navigating difficult conversations, and creating welcoming classroom environments where families feel respected, valued, and included. Through reflective learning, guided discussion, coaching, and collaborative problem-solving, participants strengthen their ability to: • Build respectful and culturally responsive relationships with families • Strengthen communication and collaborative problem-solving practices • Navigate difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism • Reduce barriers to family engagement and participation • Create welcoming, inclusive classroom and school environments • Strengthen meaningful partnerships that support student growth and learning At EduCATaLIS™, we believe strong educators help create strong partnerships, and meaningful family engagement begins with communication, trust, and collaboration. Format: 4 - 5 sessions Length: 60 - 90 minutes Delivery: Virtual - Requires Flexible Scheduling (Mornings, Evenings, or Weekends), In-Person (Locally: On-site/On-campus Training) Audience: Administrators, General and Special Educators, Paraprofessionals, Teacher Candidates, Interns, Pre-service Educators, and Beginning Educators
