Service Description
Through the EduCATaLIS BRIDGEd™ Framework, Collaboration: One Team, One Classroom™ supports educators and future teachers through practical coaching, collaborative learning, and real-world instructional strategies designed to strengthen inclusive classroom practices. This hands-on professional learning series helps educators build strong co-teaching partnerships while creating learning environments where all students feel supported, included, and empowered to succeed. Grounded in real classroom experiences, the series focuses on helping educators strengthen collaboration, communication, shared instructional responsibility, and inclusive teaching practices that support diverse learners, including students with disabilities, English learners, and students requiring additional academic or behavioral support. Through reflective learning, guided discussion, collaborative planning, and practical application, participants strengthen their ability to: • Clarify co-teaching roles and responsibilities • Build collaborative instructional routines and professional trust • Use student data to guide instructional decisions • Develop inclusive and student-centered learning experiences • Balance support, rigor, and accessibility within the classroom • Strengthen communication and teamwork across instructional settings At EduCATaLIS™, we believe educators grow through reflection, collaboration, and practical support that can be applied in real classrooms.
