Through the EduCATaLIS BRIDGE Partnerships™ Framework, Collaboration: One Team, One Classroom™ helps schools and districts strengthen collaborative instructional practices, inclusive learning environments, and shared responsibility for student success. This relationship-centered professional learning series supports educators, instructional teams, and school leaders in building sustainable systems that strengthen collaboration across classrooms, support teams, and school communities. Built around real-world educational experiences, the series focuses on helping schools and districts create collaborative structures that support inclusive practices, strengthen co-teaching partnerships, and improve communication between educators, families, and support personnel. Through interactive learning experiences, guided discussions, collaborative planning, and practical problem-solving, participants strengthen their ability to: • Develop collaborative instructional systems and co-teaching practices. • Strengthen communication and shared responsibility across educational teams. • Support inclusive learning environments for diverse student populations. • Use student data to guide instructional and support decisions. • Build sustainable collaboration practices that strengthen school culture. • Create cohesive instructional approaches that support meaningful student outcomes.
