Service Description

BRIDGEd™ Educational Clarity helps families better understand educational information that may feel confusing, overwhelming, or difficult to interpret. Through thoughtful review, Educational Translation™, and Educational Interpretation™, this service helps make complex educational information more understandable and meaningful. Families may seek Educational Clarity when they have received an educational document but are unsure what the information means, why it matters, or what they may want to understand more clearly. EduCATaLIS™ reviews one educational document and helps the family develop greater understanding of the information it contains and the questions or concerns that brought them to the service. Following the review, families receive a BRIDGEd™ Guidance Report that brings together the understanding developed through the service and provides educational guidance they can carry forward into future educational conversations and decisions. It does not tell families what position to take or what educational decision to make. The service does not include review of additional educational documents, preparation for or attendance at a specific educational meeting, ongoing educational consultation or advocacy, legal advice, legal representation, independent educational evaluations, or legal compliance review. If additional information or clarification is needed to understand the identified document within the agreed scope, EduCATaLIS™ will let the family know what is needed. This does not automatically expand the service to additional educational documents or concerns. At EduCATaLIS™, we believe educational information has its greatest value when it becomes understandable, meaningful, and capable of supporting confident participation in educational decision-making. Time Shown: The 30-minute display is a booking-system requirement and does not represent the total time dedicated to Educational Clarity. Professional time varies based on the information accepted for review.
